The event is organized by the Luigi Boccherini Study Centre and involves the city's leading musical groups: Animando, the Lucca Music Association, the Luigi Boccherini Conservatory of Music, Flam, the Lucca Music Festival, and the Luigi Boccherini Chamber Orchestra.

The presentation will be followed by the show "Without Passion is Insignificant," featuring a performance of several Quintets at the French Nation by Luigi Boccherini and a reading of letters from the composer himself.
