Galeria Fidanda presents “Acquatica”, a solo exhibition by Elisa Possenti.
Opening: Wednesday 1 July at 6.00 pm at Via Buia 11, Lucca.
The title of the exhibition evokes a fluid and profound state. Here, water is conceived as an abstract space, an undefined non-place made up of air, matter and pure colour, capable of detaching the figures from reality and setting them free to float in a newfound lightness.
The works on display, ranging from small and medium-sized pieces to larger canvases, are not merely objects to be contemplated, but gateways leading towards a new environmental and personal rebirth.
