IMMAGINA is the festival of illustrated stories where imagination becomes a tool for discovery and transformation. Each edition is guided by a theme, explored through visual publishing from around the world: illustrated books, photography, graphics, and independent publishing projects.
This year's theme is: the useless. The image and special guest of this edition is Noemi Vola.
We will explore the useless starting from a claim: IMMAGINA is useless! In a time when every reality, in order to exist, seems to need to legitimize its own usefulness—especially economic utility—we are proud to be ends in ourselves.
Together, we will seek the usefulness of the useless in a festival of collective inquiry. 👀 Our ideal audience is adults and young adults: our hope is that they can return to populate their visual imaginations with us! Over 100 books rich in images in a unique exhibition, to rediscover the power of imagination together.
