Lucca Takes Centre Stage in “Let’s Play Ball”: Filming for the Amazon Prime Video Reality Show Begins Monday, October 5

The historic centre and city walls will serve as the backdrop for the program produced by Banijay Italia. A spectacular journey through some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Temporary traffic changes with “stop-and-go” measures will be in place to minimize disruption

The show, which has already been a huge success in several European countries and is now launching its first Italian season, brings a challenge to cities that is as simple as it is spectacular: two teams compete along an urban course with the goal of pushing enormous colourful spheres—without using maps or phones—while trying to complete challenges and reach the final destination as quickly as possible. The episode will subsequently be available on Amazon Prime Video.
