The Pescia Antiques market is back this weekend . Starting at 9:00 a.m., you can browse the colourful stalls for that special, unique piece for your collection, an original gift idea, or simply pause before a beautiful painting, an antique book, or a strange and curious object.
Naturally, there's free public parking throughout the city, and a series of cultural activities are being organized for the occasion and to best welcome visitors, including those arriving from outside the region.
Pescia Antiqua is a production of the Pinocchio 3000 cultural association. Info: 0572 191354
In Vittoria, there will be stalls selling traditional regional specialities, followed by stalls in Via Andreotti selling vintage items, second-hand goods, costume jewellery, second-hand clothing, designer accessories and all sorts of curiosities. These stalls will also extend into Via Ricasoli and Via Buonvicini.
Also from the morning onwards, the art gallery within the San Michele museum complex is open for a free visit, whilst a single ticket grants entry to and a tour of the Civic Museum, the Palagio and the plaster cast gallery dedicated to Libero Andreotti, all housing their priceless masterpieces.
LUCCA WHAT’S ON WAS CREATED AND IS MAINTAINED BY A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL FOR YOUR BENEFIT.
