Playing and laughing with music and songs. An easy task for Elio and his band of young virtuosos who, after the huge success of Ci vuole orecchio, are now having fun exploring and reinventing that immense, seriously comic repertoire bordering on song and disenchantment that, especially in the 1960s, permeated Italian music, song, cabaret, and theater.
From Fo to Gaber, from Jannacci to Cochi and Renato, from I Gufi to Felice Andreasi, plus countless others, a generation of eccentric and unconventional artists who have surprised and entertained everyone, from experimentalists to the general public, reinventing a musical genre rich in whimsical and entertaining "light-hearted songs." That's what this show aims to do, rediscovering and renewing those brilliant, innovative, and unconventional ideas, as well as that creative freedom. Because it's nice to be there "when a musician laughs." BOOK NOW
