When Eric Clapton's music is played by the musicians who have shared with him decades of concerts, recordings and fundamental moments of his career, the result goes beyond the concept of tribute. The Cream of Clapton Band was born from here: from a band of absolute international level composed of Nathan East, Steve Ferrone, Will Johns and Noah East, linked to Clapton by artistic and personal relationships that have defined the sound over time. At the heart of the project is Nathan East, Eric Clapton’s historic bass player, alongside him on tour and in the studio for over forty years, a key figure of albums and performances that have marked the history of contemporary music. With him on stage Steve Ferrone, reference drummer for Clapton in some of his most iconic seasons and musician with an extraordinary curriculum, able to combine power, elegance and precision.
