Transitus returns to Sant’Anna, the festival of art, music and theatre that transforms the neighbourhood into an open, shared stage. The event takes place at Via Sforza 157/B over two days – Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July – designed not only to enjoy performances, but also to discover the surprising vibrancy of different forms of expression, generations, backgrounds and sensibilities.

Transitus reaffirms its identity: that of an urban festival launched in 2022 as part of the ‘Cantiere delle differenze’ project, led by the associations Aedo and Animali Celesti, and which has grown with a clear guiding principle: the neighbourhood as a stage, differences as a source of richness, and art as an act of collective care. The name itself encapsulates the spirit of the initiative. In Latin, ‘Transitus’ means ‘crossing’: the passage of peoples, goods and ideas.
