Andrea Pucci :Veneri Imperfette- Art Exhibition

  • Palazzo delle Esposizioni n. 7 Piazza San Martino Lucca, Toscana, 55100 Italy (map)

Inspired by Palaeolithic Venuses, archaic figures that celebrated fertility, prosperity and the power of the flesh as a symbol of life, Pucci's sculptures reinterpret archetypes with a contemporary sensibility.

Through the medium of ceramics, raku clay becomes a symbol of fragility but at the same time of resistance, thus transforming itself into an instrument of reflection not only on the direct victims, but on society as a whole.

Thanks to the fragility and malleability of ceramics, the works recount the complexity of the human experience, giving shape to wounds, but also to strength and hope.

Until 22 March 2026, with free admission.

Tuesday to Sunday, 3pm to 7pm.
