The Lucca Jazz Club is returning for a second year to the Infinito riverside park, on Via della Scogliera along the River Serchio.This initiative has been organised and supported by Lucca City Council to provide musical entertainment on summer evenings. whilst showcasing an enchanting natural landscape.

To kick off the programme, the LJ Club presents a young and established artist who is making a name for himself in the Italian television and music world: Matteo Becucci. Matteo Becucci (from Livorno) is an Italian singer and vocal coach. After years of performing music ranging from soul to pop-rock, he rose to fame by winning X Factor Italia 2 in 2009 as part of Morgan’s team.

He released the album Matteo Becucci and appeared in musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar. In the yearsthat followed, he devoted himself to concerts, teaching and theatre work, becoming a vocal coach on TV and an independent performer, dedicated to training new voices. Accompanying the artist on stage is a talented young pianist: Matteo Giovannelli.
