A new jazz super-ensemble that bridges the generations, bringing together the vast experience of the iconic Italian trumpeter Flavio Boltro with the creative energy of three of the most distinctive young voices on the contemporary Italian jazz scene: pianist Emanuele Filippi, double bassist Michelangelo Scandroglio and drummer Mattia Galeotti.

Flavio Boltro is one of Europe’s most celebrated trumpeters. A former member of Michel Petrucciani’s legendary quintet, he has collaborated with an impressive array of artists including Michel Portal, Cedar Walton, Billy Higgins, Steve Grossman and many others. With albums released on Blue Note and ACT Music, Boltro is renowned for his virtuosity, warm tone and rare sensitivity — qualities that have made him a central figure on the European jazz scene for over three decades.
